In today's society everyone has a favourite celebrity which they follow either on small screen or on the big screen. The fans wish to have the same hair style as their heroes and often wish that they too have long flowing healthy looking hair in what ever style is current at present. Don't worry if you hair is not looking its best at the moment either from over heated rollers or by over use of a hair dryer. By using all the correct products and following a handful of techniques everything will looking fantastic in no time at all.

Each of us believes that we are alone and our hair problems are related to us alone and no-one else. Around the globe women of different nationalities are thinking they are all by themselves with their own hair problems. Hair saloon owners were asked in a recent survey what they thought the most common complaint by their customers was. The results were a bit unusual as the most common complaint appeared to be self inflicted which was very surprising. Most of the time we probably don't realise we are making mistakes and forget that frequent use of hair dryers and heated devices cause a lot of damage. Hair can become lifeless and perhaps dried out looking

There is still time to implement changes which will result in healthy hair. The process can be achieved by making a number of different small changes to your diet. This will in turn have long term results in making your hair shine all over not only in the short term but also the long term.

Everyone has busy lives now compared to previous generations. We often try and eat quick processed food in place of fresh fruits, salad and vegetables. Losing out on the nutrients which mother natures food process. Vitamins are now ready available over the counter in chemists or supermarkets and can be taken as a replacement if you feel you are missing out on your daily amount of vitamins.

There are a number of different letters which are associated with vitamins. Each one has been proven to be beneficial to us in various forms which we will list as below.

There are a lot of different types of B vitamin which all have their own way of helping our immune system such as red blood cells and promoting a healthy heart. There are a number of different types of foods such as eggs and cheese which will help your body.

The B Vitamin has several numbers attached to this to help you with the part of the body which needs the most from this vitamin such as fortified breakfast cereals and soy beans and a few wheat germs.

A good source of vitamin C for to help in our immune system are spinach, broccoli and kiwi all help to give our body iron which is fabulous for promoting healthy teeth.

Calcium is absorbed by the body when vitamin D is taken by ingesting soya milk or orange juice.

Vitamin E helps produce red blood cells and can be helped by taking green leafy vegetables to name but a few.
