When a person is very stressed from doing all his daily routines, the part of his body that will get most affected would be the back area as it is the part that holds every other part. From there, he may now go to the shoulder area. Now one should stay in the shoulder area rather longer than the other parts because this is where all the stress is located. If one would feel that there is a tight muscle lump on the shoulders of the receiver, he should work on loosening those lumps as they are muscle cramps.

The very last part would be to concentrate on the neck area. Now it is here that one has to be extra sensitive and extra careful because the neck is very fragile and cannot take too much pressure from the hands. Once one is done with the neck, run through the entire back quickly to wrap up the session.
