Accept who you are. Because you are different from other people, you will always find yourself reacting differently to situations around you. If other people are doing well in their lives and are able to control their moods perfectly, do not feel bad about yourself, instead be yourself and believe that you can actually change.

It really makes no sense holding a grudge against anyone. Besides, every person out there makes mistakes same as you do. If people in your ton for instance held grudges against each other, there would not be peace at all because of regular fights. Well, if someone did something wrong to you, forgive and forget. It does not pay a thing when you fight back.
